Orders & Personalisation
Can I personalise my order?
Yes! Many of our products can be personalised with names, dates, or custom messages. Look for the personalisation field on the product page. Please double-check your spelling before placing your order — we create exactly what you ask us to!
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll always do our best, but we can't guarantee amendments once production has begun on personalised items.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Gift wrapping options are available at checkout. We want your gift to arrive looking as special as it feels.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Next Day delivery is available, just make sure you order before 3pm. Large quantities may take a little longer. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
What if I need a gift urgently?
We understand gifting deadlines are real! Drop us an email with your required date and we'll do our very best to help. We also have Next Day delivery options where available.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently ship within the UK. International shipping options may be available; please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Refunds & Returns
Can I return or exchange a personalised item?
As personalised items are made especially for you, we're unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If something isn't right, please get in touch and we'll make it right. Please double-check your spelling before ordering; we create exactly what you ask us to!
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're so sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
How long do refunds take?
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
